TECHSTORE started in a garage in 2010 with a simple belief: buying premium PC hardware shouldn’t be complicated, overpriced, or confusing.

Today we’re one of the most trusted names in enthusiast PC hardware — serving gamers, creators, engineers, and professionals across 40 countries.

Our

Story

It started with Marcus and Lena, two hardware enthusiasts who were tired of overpaying for components at big-box retailers that didn’t even know the difference between DDR4 and DDR5.

They set up a small online shop in 2010, hand-picked every product, and wrote honest reviews for each one. Word spread fast. By 2012, they had a warehouse. By 2015, a dedicated support team. By 2020, a global distribution network.

Today TECHSTORE is a team of 280 people, most of them builders themselves. Every product recommendation, every bundle deal, every support ticket is handled by someone who genuinely cares about your build.

2010

Founded in Austin, TX

Marcus and Lena launch TECHSTORE from a garage with 200 products.

2013

First Warehouse

Moved to a 10,000 sq ft facility. Added same-day shipping.

2016

Custom PC Builder Launch

Introduced the TECHSTORE Custom Build configurator — 50K builds in year one.

2019

International Expansion

Opened European distribution. Now shipping to 40+ countries.
